7.4 Jurisdiction

These Terms and your access to and use of information from the Website and the Services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions. Unless CENTURY NETWORK (HONG KONG) LIMITED wishes to initiate legal proceedings in your home legal jurisdiction, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to or arising from the execution or performance of these Terms. In all judicial actions, arbitrations, or dispute resolution methods, both parties waive any claims for punitive damages.
